Hey friends, Today I am sharing Project life week 33 August 10th-16th & this week was BUSY! Good very very good, but busy. Here is what happened this week.
1. We (Tyler and I) celebrated 12 years of marriage! Oh man how the heck did we get to number 12 so fast? I am not going to pretend that it wasn't without hard times - it was. I am not going to pretend that we have the perfect marriage - We don't. I am not going to pretend that we know everything after 12 years - We don't, But after all these years together we know we DO have a partner, a friend that will always have our back for each other. I know when the work in marriage seems so heavy at times and you don't seem to be on the same wave lengths - it tunes in again, that is marriage. So happy that 12 years is where we are. I Loved that we got to spend our Anniversary at the cabin with my Family!
2. My Family is here from BC and I could not be happier to see them, We all gathered this week to celebrate another family members Wedding & it was a lovely day all around. I love that my family got all dressed up and we were looking pretty fancy.
3. Airport arrivals and departures are always good VS bad, the goodbyes are always hard on me. But I loved that mom always sends me texts that let me know her and dad's travels either on their way here to Manitoba or back home to British Columbia. The mountain photo was one of her's sent to me in text.
Full view of the left page As mentioned I am sticking with the 9x12 format & loving it. I create these pages by sewing up the last column then trim leaving three rows this has worked for me this year. I have been adding in my Stendig calendar as the week numbers but ran out of big numbers SO I kept on with it creating this one in photoshop. It worked.
I really enjoyed including and mixing a few kits here I used a Midnight Edition cards as backgrounds to the Square cards on top from my A beautiful Mess kits. #8 to mark the eighth month. Other cards included my Studio calico cards.
That wraps up another week in the Album and I am getting more and more on track here again, It's hard though and especially with other projects on the go - but I am finding the time once again and I really think that it's to be expected that a few weeks in the whole year get you behind. Project Life at a weekly pace is fun but also it's hard work and you have to make the time for it - it is totally worth it in the end and that is why I keep at it. Thanks for reading!
Supplies used : Studio Calico "Pop art" kit, Midnight edition, Tiny attacher, Martha Stewart glue pen, Singer sewing machine, Wood veneers, Sharpie pen.

Hi Trisha! I absolutely love your project life, it's so inspiring :) Will you follow the same approach in 2016? I can't wait to know more about how you'll do PL next year :)
