December 3rd | Hey guy's today I am sharing my DD again and we are starting here with Day 3. The main story of today was that I purchased our Starwars tickets online pre-ordered for a later date in December for me and Ethan. The excitement once I picked him up and told him that we are going to STARWARS - He was more than thrilled to know I bought our tickets.
I used The number three card from the AE DD kit. Attached a stamped strip and wood veneer that I stamped on with Staz-on ink.
I used the back of that 3x4 card adhered back to back + punched holes in again, I like the loose cards out of pockets. This "Ah Yeah" Card is also from AE DD kits. Date stamped and journaled with sharpie pen.
December 4th | Full view of these day's together and to the right I went straight into day four's story again using a kit card as the divider + wood tree veneer but also included a metal rim tag that I adhered pattern paper and a cork number four to it made the top hole a little bigger and placed in the album rings.
The flip side of the 3x4 pattern card I adhered this Paislee press card from DD past kit's Stamped + journaled + gold heart stapled on.
Story of today hanging out with Ava.
Flip side of the 4x6 photo of Ava I adhered this photo I took of the Ornaments I was looking through to see which ones we were going to out on the tree and which ones that Ava wanted to put on her tree. I used a pattern paper trimmed up into 3x4 and journaled our story in pencil.
December fifth | Flip to the pink pattern paper I adhered this LLP freebie and a veneer # 5. on the 3x4 card.
I Love this day, The hunt for our Family Christmas tree. I added this 4x6 one of Ava running down the rows of trees looking for the right one.
Flip side of the 4x6 is the photo I always take at this tree lot, and always love it in the albums. To the right I took the receipt of our tree and stapled it to the vellum paper underneath it and used another LLP paper card journaled with pencil again.
You can see here that I made that vellum 3x4 card with the receipt on it as a divider almost then placed a photo of Ava by the huge snowman in the left side 3x4 page protector pocket.
December sixth | Our story today was us going to our annual holiday Skate at the MTS centre. We all look forward to this event every December!
Using the number card from the AE DD kit again.
The flip side of that 3x4 number card I wanted to tell more story here so I typed it up in PS and then printed it out on cardstock.
Flip side of the 4x6 photo of me and kiddos is the kiddos and the official NHL mascot Micky Moose. Ava was pretty pleased that we got another photo with him this year.
This wraps up 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 of the book and honestly I am more into this book than past years maybe it was the approach? Maybe I am just really more aware of how fast these years are going and how different things will look again in a few years. Thanks for reading again.
For more info on DD go check out Ali Edwards. Thanks again and Happy Thursday!!
Hi Trisha, thank you for sharing this! I believe this is the first horizontal 4x6 mini I've ever seen. I really love this concept and have all these ideas swirling now ;)

Love this! I actually ended up doing a 6 x 8 album this year for my December Daily. I ordered this size, but it took a little too long to come so I decided to use a larger one this past year 2015. I am thinking of using the previous order for DD 2016. Did you like working with this size?
